Fairview Boutique Apartments in West Bridgford Centre

Well lit steps up to apartment. Well appointed, tastefully decorated, clean linen and fluffy towels. Comfy beds. Easily the best apartment we've been in. Well situated for us with West Bridgford high street a short walk away. And eating out there was good with plenty of choice. Easy to contact the 'management' and give or get updates on the stay. Had to change the booking, which was easy to cancel and change details. Emails precise with info. And access with the key safe easy when we got there. Lovely place.

Front steps up to apartment a bit messy with cigarette ends strewn about. Steps may be a problem as beginning to get slippery. Parking for only one car safely. Big football match on the Saturday, close by, so the parking was at a premium. Lots of double yellows around. Very busy traffic all around the area. Gate difficult to open and close, very wobbly. Upstairs flat we could hear them walking about until late and then also early next day. Huge windows at the front, in the lounge near the road were really draughty and traffic was noisy. Large tree and fir trees growing up near the front windows will soon be a problem if not dealt with.

Well decorated apartment which felt like a home from home.

Cleanliness - pubic hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. Parking facilities weren’t clearly directed and tenant(s) below in 28B blocked access to parking. Entrance way to apartment is an eye sore, with the main entrance gate not closing or locking properly Eternal stairs isn’t well signed on the Booking page and is only in the small print at the bottom of the page. Staircase is poorly lit too so going down them in the dark was frightening. £200 deposit which takes 10 days to return once stay is complete felt excessive in cost and length in which to return the monies.

Was referred to a property portal post booking to enter more booking details, pay a deposit (£200, didn’t realise this when booking) and to check in. Was a bit of a strange process, not one that I’ve encountered before on booking.com property

The house was comfortable clean and well furnished.had everything we wanted.

The room was quite cold and there was no way we could increase the temperature.Stairs were a little steep.

Very nice decoration, the sort you would have if you didn't have pets and children! The most comfortable sofa bed I've ever slept on. Great selection of kitchen items, well appointed bathroom. Bright and airy.

There was an unpleasant drain smell whenever you ran the hot water to use the kitchen sink. No blinds on the small windows behind the sofa bed to block out the street lights, but we solved that by putting cushions against the windows

Excellent design, decor and fittings - very nicely done.

It was our fault, but the location could have been closer to the centre. It's great if you want to watch the footy or the cricket though.
