Lazy Days

Very welcoming and accommodating property owners. Lovely, clean rooms and very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and fresh, well cooked and presented. Excellent location situated midway between Whitby town and Robin Hoods Bay.

The breakfast was lovely. The bedroom spacious and the big bed very comfortable. The owners were very welcoming.

In the bathroom there was no shelving to put toiletries, his/her toiletry bags etc., this all had to go on the floor. The TV is not large enough to watch from the bed. We therefore had to move the 2 tub chairs to the foot of the bed to watch it. Very limited tv channels. It would be very helpful to have a good light and comfortable foot stool at the dressing table when doing hair and make-up. These things were all very minor to us and did not affect our appreciation of the room or our stay at Lazy Days.

We had a lovely warm room with a very nice ensuite... comfortable bed and two armchairs and coffee table. Lazy Days is very conveniently positioned just off the main road between Whitby and Robin Hoods Bay and on a good bus route. Karl was very attentive and informative. He made my husband porridge especially which was thoughtful.

I don't usually eat a cooked breakfast and was disappointed at the lack of choice for an alternative. I would have liked some fruit and maybe a croissant offered instead of just cereal and toast. Maybe I should have asked but didn't feel comfortable doing that.

Breakfasts were amazing. We started the day very well fed. The room was large, with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

There was nothing we could have improved on.

Modern and clean, good size room, the owners Karl and Carol made us very welcome and stayed after a good breakfast to have a chat. The village is quiet with a good pub that serves very large portions of good food. Travel to Whitby only takes a few minutes.

Very comfortable spacious room with excellent facilities, and great breakfast. Location perfect for access to tourist areas and outdoor pursuits. Hosts were very helpful, nothing too much trouble. I would thoroughly recommend Lazy Days.
