Clean and up to date decor. Quiet location with good public transport links. Friendly couple running it. Room was warm and comfortable. Good quality cooked breakfast.

Would have liked usb sockets but not really a problem.

Location was perfect for Robin Hood’s Bay and Whitby Breakfast was excellent

A small seat to take of your shoes or boots before leave them in the boot tray which is a good idea (slippers provided)Great
