Casa Base

The location of the accommodation is perfect, it is really close to the old city center (10-15 min walk), also to the train station (15-20 min walk), and a lot of bus stops, so its ideal both if you want to stay in bari or explore the surrounding citys. It is clean and tidy, well equipped ( hair dryer, fan, hanger for clothes, espresso capsula and mini separately packed cornettos). Staff was available online, they replied fast and very kindly, instructions were clear. The luggage storage option with Caffe Portineria works fine, they are friendly and have great coffee!:)

Air conditioning would be a big step up, and maybe not the best spot if you are a light sleeper, because the street is very busy and loud at night, and in the early morning is really noisy, impossible not to wake up very early. Also it would be great if the common fridge would be cleaned more.

The room was clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and pillows as well as a very pretty interior. The bathroom was shared only with another room. We also had a spacious balcony which was a great bonus!!! Location was perfect, very close to the old town (which is a must-visit btw). The staff were very responsive and replied almost immediately. Would definitely recommend this one! Super nice

Noisy doors

Extremely bad place to stay! The ad does not indicate that the rooms do not have a private bathroom - you have to use one in three rooms. It turned out that the air conditioning is not included in the price and they asked us for 10 euros per day for its use. The room we were accommodated in was extremely noisy, the windows did not have mosquito nets and mosquitoes came in from outside! There was an iron and a hairdryer, which were also shared and were not always in their place. We do not recommend!

Generalnie bardzo czysty i duży pokój, z 20min od starówki pieszo. Wspólna łazienka ale ok, czysto. Można skorzystać z ekspresu do kawy. Pomocny personel.

Niestety obiekt zlokalizowany przy głównej ulicy, a szyby są kompletnie nieszczelne. Więc przy przeogromnym hałasie z zewnątrz i mimo zamknięcia okien nie dało się usnąć. A akurat z rana mieliśmy lot więc nieprzespana noc zupełnie.

UWAGA ! W pokoju są pluskwy!! Zostaliśmy przez nie pogryzieni, hotel milczy, ciężki kontakt z gospodarzami. W pokoju nie dało się wytrzymać, strasznie duszno, klimatyzacja nie działa, po otwórzcie okien strasznie głośno od ulicy. Na plus jedynie lokalizacja, jednak higiena miejsca pozostawia dużo do życzenia …

La zona era cercana al centro

Después de nuestra primera noche empezamos con algunas picaduras que pensábamos que eran de mosquito (aunque eran varias en zonas muy concentradas). En la segunda noche empezamos a ver bichos por la cama y nos dimos cuenta de que eran CHINCHES. Había una plaga entera en las fundas de las almohadas y en los bordes del colchón. Definitivamente el alojamiento tiene muy buen nombre porque es una casa base para un ecosistema de mala limpieza y la experiencia te la llevas. A parte de esto, la recepción a partir de las 9pm no está activa por lo que no pudimos contactar con nadie cuando nos encontramos con esta situación. En la tercera noche nos pusieron en otro apartamento que tenía mejor higiene y en el que no tuvimos ningún problema, pero también nos hablaron de una devolución de una parte de nuestro pago (ya que estuvimos dos noches durmiendo con chinches) que todavía no hemos visto porque no contestan a los mensajes.
