The host was very friendly and the accommodation was well located.

The room was quite hot, especially at night and the AC cost extra.

In a great locations, rooms were spacious as was the bathroom. It was nice to have access to a fridge as well as coffee and croissants each morning.

It seemed there was only the one bathroom between all rooms. This didn’t bother us at the beginning as there wasn’t many people staying, however it became inconvenient as more people arrived.

La stanza era molto grande, il letto comodo e le lenzuola profumate, cosa che ho apprezzato molto. La zona è ottima, ben collegata e tranquilla. Un altro punto a favore è la grande disponibilità dell’host, che ha gestito senza problemi il check-in anche in tarda serata.

Purtroppo il bagno ha delle criticità rilevanti. È unico e in condivisione, ma il vero problema è la doccia: non è completamente chiusa, e ogni volta che la si usa, l’acqua fuoriesce in abbondanza, allagando il pavimento. Ho rischiato seriamente di scivolare, e se non si asciuga subito, c’è il rischio concreto di allagare l’intero appartamento. Considerato il prezzo richiesto, mi aspettavo condizioni decisamente migliori.
