We were very disappointed. The room had one AC unit but no remote — we were told we had to pay €10 per day to use it. After a 2-hour nap, my boyfriend woke up covered in bedbug bites. We contacted the manager, who moved us to another apartment 30 minutes from the city center. Sadly, the same thing happened again. The next night he had new bites in different places. This has been our worst experience ever. We’ve traveled across Europe and never faced such a situation. We will report it to the authorities.

it was very clean, the owner was very, very sweet. and the place is very comfortable and the greatest thing is that it’s located very near to the centre for like in seven minutes so I highly recommend it.

I can’t think of anything like that. because for the price the place was great it’s a shared bathroom but we were two girls and we didn’t have a problem so.

I was very disappointed with the host’s behavior regarding late check-in. After completing the reservation, they demanded an additional €10 for check-in after 9 PM — even though this fee was never mentioned anywhere on the listing or during the booking process. The check-in was 100% remote and self-managed through an app — there was no staff, no reception, and no real service provided to justify this fee. This clearly violates Booking.com’s policies, which state that all additional charges must be disclosed to the guest before the booking is confirmed. Informing the guest only afterward and expecting direct payment via IBAN is truly unacceptable. I’m a student and couldn’t make this kind of transfer. The whole situation felt like pressure to pay for something that was not part of the original agreement. Future guests should be warned. The apartment was fine, but this experience left a very negative impression and I would not recommend this property.
