Oak Business Hotel

The breakfast was excellent, the room was comfortable, and the staff were helpful.

It was not possible to pay with a foreign credit card so I had to pay with cash, which was a minor inconvenience.

The hotel is located in a quiet and safe residential street not too far from places like Novotel HICC, IIIT Hyderabad. Getting from Airport to the hotel by taxi was not difficult. Early morning check-in process was smooth. The room was sufficiently large and clean with necessary amenities. The breakfast options were pretty good and had room delivery service. For traveling with in the city, I could easily get an Uber. The staffs were courteous, friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful stay. I would not mind to stay there again.

Nothing as such. One thing that can be improved is the possibility to make payments via international credit card. Having said that, this was not a major issue as the staffs at the reception were quite flexible and gave ample time for cash payment.

The staff is really helpful.

It is not possible to pay directly with an international debit or credit card, but we managed to handle it with a transfer using international services.

Breakfast was good and the staff were courteous. The requests were attended promptly and the room is decent. Well maintained and clean property.

Some of the staff felt moody although the positives outweighs this minor set back.

Good value for money, staff were very accommodating and breakfast was delicious. They organised a pick up from the airport which was helpful too.
