"Good for formatını people no good stay for international visitors"

I asked to pay by credit card , was informed that with international cards is not accepted , so my Indian colleague paid. By check out I asked for an invoice which they gave me less the amount of tax. I said you didn’t add the tax amount to my invoice and they informed me that they need to pay a fee to Booking that’s why they cut it from my invoice which makes no sense.
