Café, Metro und Supermarkt in der Nähe zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nette, hilfsbereite und kommunikative Vermieterin. Appartement ist stylisch.

Leider fehlt ein Fenster zum Lüften. Dies geht leider nur mit der Eingangstür zum Appartement.

Piękny, nowoczesny apartament z antresolą. Właścicielka cudowna - przesympatyczna i pomocna, reagowała błyskawicznie na każdy problem. Okolica czysta i bardzo spokojna, w mieszkaniu jest cicho.

Trzeba uważać na schody - są dość śliskie, a antresola mało zabezpieczona. Na górze jest też trochę duszno, więc na noc warto klimatyzację włączyć na niższą temperaturę. W mieszkaniu nie ma okien, więc czuć trochę zapach wilgoci. Nie ma to oczywiście wpływu na ocenę.

The property has everything you need in a compact space. The location is excellent. Just 15 minutes walk to centre of Catania but there is lots to explore in the surrounding area. But the exceptional part of this trip was the host, who was so quick & helpful with all our questions & who went above & beyond to make our stay go smoothly. Thank you

Heel mooi ontwierp, leuk ingericht. Vriendelijk gastvrouw. De omgeving - in een niet toeristisch wijk met vele kleine eethuizen en cafés.

Helaas geen echte keuken. Slapen boven terwijl de badkamer/ WC is beneden - s'nachts moet je echt oppassen met de trap naar beneden.

Sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft. Der Check-in war unkompliziert dank des Schlüsselkastens mit Code – perfekt für eine flexible Anreise. Die Lage ist top: viele Restaurants und Cafés in direkter Umgebung, alles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Parken war ebenfalls kein Problem – es gibt viele Parkplätze in der Straße. Zwar kostenpflichtig, aber mit der EasyParking-App für ca. 6 € pro Tag gut zu regeln. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Klare Empfehlung!

I had a wonderful stay – everything about the accommodation was lovely: clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. But what truly made the experience special was the host. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always available with helpful tips, local recommendations, and genuine kindness. Her warmth and hospitality really stood out and made us feel at home. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The apartment is very central and therefor you can easily reach all important places which is nice. The size of the apartment is big enough for two people and the room is clean.

There is sadly no sufficient cutlery and cutting Boards available. There are spoons, forks and little knives but we just wanted to cut an Apple for a trip to Etna but cutting them was relatively hard because the appropiate cutlery was missing. Aside from that everything was ok.

The apartment was very beautiful, cozy and comfortable. The design was modern and luxurious. Location was perfect, you can go everywhere on foot. The owner is a very nice and helpful woman. I really recommend this place.
