Amazing apartment in the heart of lively Palermo! Actually the pictures don’t do it justice! The place is spotless, has everything, it’s decorated and equipped with incredible attention to detail. All looks new and extremely clean and well maintained. There are some lovely books about Palermo as well. It is situated very central and close to the local sights, markets, bus and train stations. It has the cutest 2 balconies and a great espresso machine. A real gem, especially if you want to experience authentic Sicily! The owners are the sweetest people and very helpful! I enjoyed my stay and can’t wait to go back.

L’appartamento è spazioso, ben illuminato (dotato di due balconi più una finestra nel bagno) e tutto pulito. Nell’appartamento non c’è mancato niente, ci sono non solo le occorrenze essenziali ma anche quelle che rendono il soggiorno più piacevole, ad esempio la macchina di caffè, il frigorifero, e così via. Ho visto che c’è anche un angolo cottura tutto attrezzato anche se non l’ho utilizzato nel mio soggiorno breve. Il letto m’è piaciuto particolarmente per la fermezza del materasso. Ivana e suo padre m’hanno accolto personalmente al mio arrivo con tanta gentilezza, ed era sempre disponibile durante la mia permanenza. Tra i numerosi alloggi che ho preso nei miei diversi viaggi a Palermo l’appartamento d’Ivana è il migliore senza dubbio.

L'appartement d'Alberto est remarquablement bien situé, à 2 pas de la cathédrale, mais néanmoins dans une ruelle très calme et préservée de la cohue touristique. Les essentiels du centre historique sont tous à moins de 15 minutes de marche, y compris les marchés pour les courses, et il y a une bonne boulangerie de l'autre côté du pâté de maisons. La gare est également à 2 pas. L'appartement est très confortable, très propre, tout est dans un état remarquable, proche du neuf, et surtout, il est incroyablement équipé : c'est simple, il y a tout (même des parapluies !), je n'ai jamais vu un niveau d'équipement pareil dans un logement à ce prix là au coeur d'une ville historique. Si vous aimez cuisiner, comme moi, vous pouvez le faire sans souci, vous trouverez une batterie de cuisine complète (et pas les classiques 2 vieilles poêles graisseuses en fin de vie). Les ingrédients essentiels qu'il est toujours pénible de racheter pour quelques jours sont là : huile d'olive, sel, poivre, sucre, etc. J'y ai trouvé de quoi faire mon premier petit déjeuner (super quand on arrive tard de l'aéroport !), et d'autres petites attentions fortement appréciables : eau fraîche au frigo, brioches, de délicieux biscuits palermitains. Les étagères sont garnies de livres, on se sent très vite chez soi et c'est extrêmement agréable d'y revenir reprendre des forces après une longue balade en ville. Alberto a été super lors de l'accueil, d'une grande gentillesse, très disponible, et adorablement flexible sur le check-in / check-out, ce qui m'a permis de profiter au maximum de la magnifique Palerme. Merci encore infiniment Alberto. Et toi visiteur/visiteuse, fonce ! Tu ne trouveras pas mieux en ville (rapport qualité prix imbattable).

Struttura centralissima a due passi dalla cattedrale di Palermo ed al palazzo dei normanni. Molto pulita, e con ogni confort il Signor Alberto molto gentile e disponibile a consigliare qualsiasi cosa!

if you plan your vacation in Palermo and this flat is free, don't even consider to take another apartment and save time :) it has everything you need, it is modern, super clean, perfect located and lovely decorated. And the owners are honestly friendly. 10/10

The apartment was spacious, bright, well furnished and exceptionally clean. Every square inch was immaculately scrubbed, down to the inside of the fridge. Other thoughtful details included a fresh new sponge for the kitchen. The (separate) washer and dryer were a rare luxury in Italy. The location was convenient to the Norman Palace and the Cathedral. The apartment faces away from the street so it is fairly quit except for the occasional yelling of the neighboring kids (who inexplicably stay up past 11pm even on weeknights...l Overall, this was possibly the best value accommodation I've stayed in in all my travels.

The immediate neighborhood to the south is a little grimy, but that is the nature of central Palermo.

Very nice apartment and very good host... Better look than photos,in the best position of Palermo. Perfectly clean with everything that you need for a short or long stay. Direct access to the airport with train every 30 minutes . Thank you Casa Kyla.
