Samui Camping Farm

The staff was ultra kind and helpful. They went out of their way to help. The property was authentic, although connected to wi fi😁, clean, tidy. There’s a shop on site. There’s Laem Sor beach 15 mins walk away (attached photo). Thong Krut pier (to go to Pig Island) is at a 6 mins drive. I was worried about mosquitoes. My older one’s skin reacts badly to stings, there’s a mosquito net in each hut. All went very very well. We had breakfast on site, Foni and the staff are the sweetest. There’s a twin location on the beachfront.

There’s nothing we didn’t like.

Very calm and peaceful camping, surrounded by trees. I had a small basic tent. Mattress comfortable. No fan so it can be a bit hot. Kitchen with waterboiler, gas cooker available for free use. Free water for bottle refill. Bathroom clean. The staff is nice and helpful :) The plus: you can eat the mulberries when it's the season! In june at least, the closest beaches don't have a lot of water during the day (low tide). Overall very good value for money for Koh Samui.

Make sure you don't store food in your tent, otherwise some ants will come for a visit. (There are some tiny tiny holes around the base of the tent that the ants are very good in finding). That's part of camping too XD The plug by the tent was too loose to work. But I asked the staff to charge my powerbank at reception and it was no problem.

The beach were the bungalow are is really nice and quite which was lovely during our stay

However this is really minimalist bungalow, no place to store your luggage inside, the bathroom were not really cleaned everyday (waiting for toilet paper for two days). We basically took the cheapest bungalow witch is not on the same property as the beach and I honestly don’t recommend it. The place is not nice and full of mosquitoes!!! We also had to ask for mosquitoes net in our room bcz it’s wasn’t equipped which is annoying as the bungalow is kind of open everywhere… anyway I recommend to stay on the beach if you’re looking for a peaceful place

The loft property was great for three weeks with the air conditioning and refridgerator. Literally ten steps from the beach. Bed is comfortable.
