Extremely uncomfortable beds. Bathrooms could be cleaned more often.

I love that the property offers activities every day, I also loved the kitchen and the nice seating areas. Tobi was awesome with helping me use the laundry machine also. So glad to have that amenity

It had common areas where people can cook, eat and relax. It had free daily activities and the one I joined was wonderful. My room was small but the bed was comfortable. I had a single room by myself but had to share the bathroom. The staff did clean daily but the bathrooms did get smelly after many uses since we share them. The price was much better than getting a room at a hotel. There were no resort fees or parking fees which could cost up to $88 to $100 per night in addition to the room fee. Even the cheapest hotel is expensive so the hostel was my best choice and I could get my own room. They had quiet time starting at 10p so that was nice.

It was hard to find parking especially if I came back late but at least it was free. My door didn’t latch properly so it was left open for maybe 30 minutes the first night when I got there and I didn’t know. I lost a very nice brand new jacket but had no idea how. I only brought 2 jackets and one just disappeared from my room. I covered myself with that jacket when I slept the first night cuz they only give you a thin sheet. After I came back to my room the second night, the jacket was gone. It was there in the morning when I left. A lot of things are kind of old like the door knobs, indoor and outdoor furniture.

The staff is really sweet! Loved their energy. And the hostel is a very nice place for young travelers to connect. The trips are amazing!

The trips have limited spaces and not everyone would be able to go. Also there usually was quite a long line for the showers.
