Cosy room in a quiet location with great transport connections to Heathrow airport (all terminals)

Easy check-in. Very clean. Clean bathroom. Easy access. Good neighbourhood. Cozy

The external bathroom was unexpected. Even though I was the only one who had access to it, it was a bit inconvenient to walk along the interior hallway to use it.

Very nice apartment with a private bathroom. I would stay there again.

There was no tv but the owner said it was on his to do list.

Nice and easy stay, comfortable bed, and lovely friendly staff available through chat should i have needed anything else, parking space available for my stay too.

Bathroom towel rail didn't seem to be working so my towel stayed wet

Asked for a hair dryer and it was given so quickly, very much appreciated. Nice comfy bed, convenient stay, can see airplanes from very close through the window, water tea and snacks provided, very responsive and friendly staff available through chat, thank you.

Only 1 towel provided, i understand its only me staying but an extra one would have been nice, because i usually use one for hair and one for body, although had i asked for another the staff would have probably given it with no issue, so its all good x

Lovely host, lovely room and bathroom. Very comfortable and clean, excellent service.

As mentioned by other reviews, the room is very warm being on the top floor of a well insulated building. However it is easy enough to open the window a little to cool the room, really not a problem.

Very friendly and helpful hosts. Easy contact to check in and out. Place very clean and quiet. Tea and bottle of water in the room. Bed comfortable. Highly recommended.

Was clean, and straight forward

No TV or anything to do if you wanted a rest from a busy day. We also asked the vendor about any charge zones, to be told no, now we have 2x £90 fines for driving to and from the hotel. Room was also very hot no matter if the window was open or not.
