Location was dark and dingy place couldnt find for atleast 10 minutes. No lights at dark very scary road.

The host actually lives there and this is something not mentioned on the ad. Host also violated privacy rights by standing with his foot wedged in the entrance of room. Also, not allowed guest to enter property and was told on entry to not make any noise. Very dissatisfied and booking.com issued a full refund the host incompetence. Please if you’re reading this DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY or time.

Host was very friendly and kind when I arrived at nearly 10pm. Very comfortable bed. Clean - good en-suite and good location for Heathrow with bus station 5mins walk

No kitchen and no milk or tea-bags. I think if you aren’t going to provide kitchen facilities the room facilities need to be better; the kettle didn’t fit under the bathroom tap so couldn’t easily fill it and the only tea provided was green tea! Green tea is a very acquires taste and an unusual ‘basic’ for an Airbnb that I would suggest the host re-think. For me not being able to have a cup of tea at 6am before a flight was a deal-breaker!

Comfortable clean room. Free parking. Polite staff. Easy checkin. Quiet, no noise even though very close to Heathrow.

Nice green tea, but no coffee, milk. No TV, shower was not very hot just warm-ish! 3rd floor droning noise from what sounds like a generator or a boiler system.

Very comfy room, close to bus stop, friendly staff.
