"stay for next day early flight"

Room inside of a flat but with private shower/toilet. room was clean and quite. it is like Airbnb. they offer cookie and cattle with water and tea. Room price was low compared other facilities around Heathrow.

No face towel, no shampoo. Location was not attractive and only good for next day airport departure. You may need to add cost of taxi-uber from closest underground station to facility and back to airport. Cost me around another GBP 35.

"Met my requirements"

15 minutes from Heathrow airport. Nice room. Comfy bed. Easy parking and access. Quiet road.

No tv in room. Only Green Tea sachets by the kettle which personally I find strange.

"An exceptionally clean and comfortable overnight stay."

It was exceptionally clean. The window was ajar and a stand alone fan was provided. The bed was huge and quite comfortable. I laid on top of the duvet as it was a hot night and slept well. There was a proper bath towel of good quality and the shower room was well equipped. It was also a good price. I would return.

Friendly hosts, spotlessly clean

Unfortunately it's very noisy due to the planes, but that can't be changed as it is close to Heathrow.
