Great location and excellent value for money. Unlike many other accommodations for four people that only offer one bed and a sofa bed, this place had proper beds for all four guests. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable, and the overall stay exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended.

I loved it. The location is great, close to metro, bus, opera and basically everything we wanted to check out in Budapest. The host was great, even tho we were a bit late they came back for us so we can check in. If I ever want to come back-this would be my place. Big apartment, beds are comfortable, even capsule for the washing machine. Thank you!!!

Everything was great. I could live there permanently :D

Location

Unfortunately, our stay at this property was far below expectations due to several serious issues that were never properly addressed — and the poor attention we received through the Booking chat only made things worse. To begin with, the air conditioning wasn’t working at all when we arrived. We discovered it was disconnected, and since it was a split unit, it wasn’t straightforward to fix — we had to figure it out ourselves. Even after reconnecting it, the cooling was minimal and the apartment remained uncomfortably hot. The TV was also a disappointment. It was very difficult to set up, and once we finally got it to turn on, there were no available channels — so it was essentially unusable. Most concerning of all was the shower. The drain was blocked from the very beginning. The situation got progressively worse until it completely overflowed, and by our last day it was unusable. Not being able to take a shower is simply unacceptable and should have been addressed immediately. To make matters worse, the communication via the Booking.com chat was very poor. We reached out for help, but the responses were unhelpful and did not lead to any real solution. We strongly hope the host takes these issues seriously and improves the condition of the apartment — and their responsiveness — for future guests. As it stands, we would not recommend this stay.

It was easy access to town centre.

The fact that it was a construction site and very dusty and noisy once the workers started, also if we hadn’t returned to the flat early on the second day we would have been unable to enter the flat as the set up scaffolding outside of the front door. Also the tv did not work and the rep was notified but there was no return . We also had free airport transfer but that did not happen either and we ended up paying 34€ for a taxi very disappointing 😞

The building is under construction. Dirty as hell. Water and electricity are in bad condition

Location is very good with in the city

No one will respond to your call all you have to manage yourself. And one bedroom with living room not 2 bedroom apartment
