The view is amazing and the host ist really friendly. the check in can be done any time.

there was a knife in the bathroom. the kitchen was not a kitchen but looked more like a garbage dump. we were disgusted and could not use it. the bathroom had no door but a shower curtain. THE PLACE DOES NOT LOOK LIKE ON THE PICUTRES

Terrace

THIS IS A ROOM NOT AN APARTMENT There is a fridge no kitchen. It s on the main road and quite out of San Jose.. Tepid water...

Spacious room with big terrace and beautiful view over the trees and the mountains. The bed was huge (I believe a king size). There are couple lounge chairs and a table on the terrace to relax and enjoy the view and the birds chirping. The room and bathroom are clean and recent. They provided fresh clean towels, a soap and shampoo. Josue was really helpful and nice. I though at first I could not come with a moto taxi from the bus stop as I had two luggages, so he came to help me and pick me up, but turns out that moto taxis in San Jose are actually tuk tuk and have plenty of space for luggages (not just a motorbike). He was not fuss about it and even offered me the coffee the next morning.

Nothing really, my only comments would be that the location is a bit outside town but it only takes few minutes by moto taxi to go there and only 10-15 pesos. There were a lot of dogs barking at some point in the night as most neighbours keep their dogs chained or caged outside at nighttime (close to the road) and there are also stray dogs.
