AUI loved this island, our hosts made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to visit. We also didn't have a car and it was no trouble for Jimmy to take us wherever we wanted. We will be back here for sure. They definitely love what they are doing.

not a good signal for the tv but we had the radio thats all that we did not like the place is a bit far but jims great a picking you up and droping you of would go back some day xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
CAReally a great stay. Hosts quite friendly, welcoming and amicable - open to good discussions as they are very present to assist, including during breakfast. Spacious rooms with good amenities. Breakfast was excellent, directly prepared by the host, while entertaining a conversation. The location is great, central on Islay which allows for visiting all places, including landmark distilleries, within a couple of days.

ARThe hosts are the nicest and friendliest people on Earth. I love the area, the backyard with all the birds and rabbits. The quiet, and peace. The breakfasts made with love. Located in Bowmore, about a 20 min drive from Port Ellen and the big 3 distilleries, and another 20 to 30 from Bunnahabhain and Bruichladdich. Very central location in Islay. If you are lucky to visit on even a somewhat clear day, the views are spectacular. Thank you for making our trip on Islay amazing!
No complaints. Some may be noise sensitive to the other tenants but we had no issues, everyone was respectful and nice.
