JPUSJim is quite a character, while being an enjoyable ambassador of Islay and Scotland. Both he and Caroline are quite friendly and outgoing, and go the extra mile to make guests feel quite welcome. We really enjoyed having proper whisky glasses available, and the extras such as a cozy den and the outdoor deck. Breakfast was wonderful and complete, made to order. We very much enjoyed our stay there.
