Exiting the barrier at the end of our stay

Staff was exceptionally rude upon arrival, shouting in guest face when trying to check into park.( this guest is disabled and ending up having a severe breakdown not wanting to stay at the accommodation) The facilities were not as advertised meaning we had to spend extra money. There was severe infestation of insects throughout the holiday home. ( we had to go out and purchase insect sprays & poles several times). We also had to cover our drinks up to prevent them going into our drinks. There was a severe odour to the water meaning we were having to use bottled water and showered once we left the park. The bedding and furniture was filthy meaning we had to clean before starting the break. Internet was not available nor was there any signal meaning we had to walk approx 25 mins before being able to get signal. It really was a disaster and we will never ever return back to this park.

The location was excellent, close to lots of things. And the caravan itself was really nice and spacious and comfortable.

There was a massive fly infestation which was horrendous to deal with everyday and when i spoke to reception about this they already knew about it and said ‘yes its every caravan this time of year’. Also, nearly every single pot/plate/bowl/utensil in the kitchen was filthy!! The dishwasher filter was half full of old washed up food! I had to clean by hand all of this before eating/drinking. Not what id expect from any caravan that ive paid a lot of money for. Lastly, i think its outrageous that a £200 damage deposit is required upon check in, i have never known it be this amount and i have stayed in a lot of 5star places, £100 would be more acceptable and reasonable

Has no WiFi at all, wasn’t a problem for me but the kids struggled having no service

Lovely quiet location but still only 15 minute drive from the hustle of skegness. Vanessa in the shop was very welcoming, she told my son all about the hens & made a special trip outside to check if they'd laid any fresh eggs for our breakfast. Caravan 6 was clean and tidy with extras we'd normally bring from home, so that was a nice surprise.

Internet signal isn't great but nice to spend family time without kids being on tech. A fenced off dog park area would be nice for some off lead time.

This place is superb. Great location. Our accommodation was excellent and very luxurious. We had a lakeside view. Very tranquil. Will definitely be staying here again 😁
