You have to take your own chairs to sit outside. WiFi very poor so difficult if you need to search maps and places of interest. You definitely need a fan as caravan gets very hot

very peaceful and well stocked pond, friendly staff and very clean caravan. Great value for money and also has a washer and dryer on site.We are already looking at booking again for September. Lively little place.

No WiFi or signal which was fine for us but our teenagers wasn't best pleased, we did manage some amazing family time much to their disapproval haha

The lodge was very well placed to visit all areas around and very peaceful.

The lodge was on the market for sale and was not set up for holiday rental.

great caravan .very clean .fully equipped .nice veranda. close to the lake.10 minutes to skegness if you like things to be livelier and noise . five minute drive to burgh le marsh where there are pubs /restraunts to eat in. and a nice chippy. the only down side for the site is there is no wi /fi connection although it does say on the booking sites .that there is, could be a disapointment to people expecting different .we really enjoyed our stay here. and will be returning very soon.

lack of wi fi connection, the amount of bird muck around the lakes, never seen it as bad anywhere i have fished before on this type of water ,commercial or other natural venues, walking in it is almost unavoidable.
