Very good location, very well equipped.

Bed was quite squeaky, and there is a lack of natural light in the flat.

Locationwise, you can´t find a better location for the money. It is super close to the metro, to the bus 100E coming from the airport, there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby and it is withing walking distance from the bridge, from the riverside and from the main attractions. The place itself was very clean and spacious. Whilst the roof is too close to you when you sleep, it is not bad, and helps you stay away from the direct current of the AC. The kitchen is well equiped and every electronic was working perfectly. The information about the keys was very clear and precise. The communication with the host was also amazing.

Unfortunately the reason for my low rating is one and one only. The infamous bed in room 14B. I had read the reviews before, but I also read that they would do everything in their power to fix it. Given that we are talking about a minor fix, i thought either they would have fixed it, or i thought that it couldn't be that bad. But it was bad. No, it was horrible. It is the same IKEA bedframe i had when i was living in a dorm in university, and this is not bad. but for some reason, the lats and the mattress make a horrible squeaking sound with the minimum movement. I am not talking about turning or sitting... i am talking about simple things like stretching your arms or scratching your leg. Being a person that moves a lot in my sleep, i found myself waking up every 30 min because of the noise. It felt like the bed was cracking and that it was going to break. It led to 4 nights where we slept less than 4 hours. We even tried sleeping in the sofa instead, but it was too little for two people. If you think that a tourist normally would walk 20k+ steps on a touristy day in Budapest, you want to have a good night sleep and this was unfortunately not the case. I honestly encourage the hosts to tighten the bed frame, take a look at the lats, or the mattress, and even think about changing it if necessary. If you can get it to stop squeaking, I promise you, it will easily be a great accommodation. I hope this feedback helps you improve.

Excellent location with good transport connections, close to the city center and main attractions. Quiet and clean room with all basic amenities. Also the host was very kind and helpful and he booked for us taxi to the airport!

Everything was very good except for the bed. It should be replaced as soon as possible. It was really annoying—it creaked loudly even with the slightest movement. Also, the mattress was uncomfortable and too thin. Unfortunately, we couldn't sleep well and we felt tired throughout the whole trip.

Everything was nice. They let us check in early because they were avaible, that was really nice.
