The room and apartment was clean and had plenty of facilities it was close to public transport and had plenty of food choices near by

The bed. It was hard uncomfortable and didn't stop squeaking every time you moved

"It was exceptional, we'd definitely stay here again!"

The location was great, both in closeness to the city centre and the surrounding restaurants (we got to eat at a different one every night and they were all amazing). Inside the building there's a kind of courtyard, giving the whole place a rustic nostalgic look. Great value for the money too.

There was a mixup with the lockboxes on arrival and we were told the password for the wrong one so we had to wait for the right password to be emailed to us (though it was handled swiftly by the management team).
