The service is so good. The staff are amazing - helped us throughout the journey to every bits. Breakfast package was carefully prepared for our 5am safari tour. Much appreciated.

De las mejores habitaciones de mi viaje sin lugar a dudas. A 15 minutos del parque, esta todo super nuevo. La habitación es chulísima, grande y súper acogedora. El baño amplio. Tiene una piscina muy guay para darte un chapuzón después del safari. La cena es espectacular, super rica. Muy recomendable

Nicely presented room, nice toiletries, pool looked inviting but we didn’t get a chance to use as only there for one evening

Bathroom seemed to attract some bugs, though none seemed to be present in the main bedroom. We were actually cold during the night but no matter what we did we couldn’t turn the air con down or off, this impacted our sleep. Final bill was over 10% more than what was quoted on booking.com, there was no explanation as to why, the staff had to deal with the ‘office’ in columbo which was another issue as we had to wait for ages to get it all sorted, by which time I kind of wrote it off as just wanted to get going and the staff on the property had limited English
