The staff were really lovely. They were kind and friendly.

This hotel was not good value for money. The total bill came to an extra $10 than what booking.com said. But we were in a rush so we just paid it. It was expensive considering we did not get a room clean, or have the bins emptied or have fresh towels during our stay. The WiFi was not good either.

Todo estuvo muy bien, desde la decoración hasta la atención del personal. Totalmente recomendable para hacer un safari en Yala.

La struttura è meravigliosa, accogliente e soprattutto pulitissima!! La piscina è pulita, calda e rilassante, specie dopo un giorno di viaggio. Le camere avevano tutto ciò che serviva e c’erano anche dei piccoli kit per esigenze extra (kit per rasatura barba, kit beauty, ecc). Il personale è super cordiale e disponibile. Abbiamo avuto anche un problema con il volo e, nonostante siamo arrivati un giorno in ritardo, ci hanno riservato le stanze un giorno in più senza addebitarci niente.

Unica piccola pecca: abbiamo prenotato il Safari tramite la struttura e la guida che ci hanno dato aveva poca esperienza e, soprattutto, non parlava inglese.

本次斯里兰卡之行最满意的一家酒店，我给10分是因为最高只能给10分，其实我想给更高。这家店的老板是一位狂热的野生动物爱好者，他在世界各地拍摄野生动物，所以他选择了在最爱的雅拉公园附近开了这家宝藏酒店。酒店的规模不大，房间也不多，但是各项设施都很齐全，甚至还有一个很棒的游泳池，我们的孩子们在这里度过了一个非常快乐的夜晚。这里的店长还帮我们联系了第二天的Safari行程，价格也很合理。因为考虑到这里周边吃饭不方便，所以我们选择的是三餐全包，这里提供的美食超出了我们的预期，我没有想到会在这里吃到标准的四套西餐，味道好极了！第二天一早的Safari，店家给打包了早餐，还用冷藏箱冰镇了饮料，在公园里的海边，我们可以一边喝着冰镇饮料，一边品尝美味的早餐，感觉好极了。我会向每一位来雅拉的人推荐这家酒店！

Staff were very nice. Hotel manager was very good and caring when our son had an accident whilst on safari. He also showed us a local temple on our first night which was very nice. Support staff were also really nice people.

Room was cramped for 4 people (considering the price). Not to do with the hotel, but if you’re going in a safari jeep, check the seatbelts and tell your driver to warn you if he’s going to suddenly go fast!

Friendly and helpful staff

Nice location near Safari Park. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We had half board and food was also good.A/C was working fine, although in one of the rooms A/C cannot be controlled. The people there tried their best to accommodate our requirements.

In one of the rooms upstairs, the bed was making so much noise that you barely sleep. I am sure they will fix that.
