Pésima atención, no tienen personal 24hs. Llegamos 00:02 y por dos minutos tardes que llegamos porque el avión tuvo una demora, nos cobraron un adicional cuando encima nosotros llegamos y no había nadie para recibirnos tuvimos que esperar media hora a que llegara alguien a abrirnos y encima cobrarnos más. Además pedí el libro de quejas y me lo negaron. La verdad no se lo recomendaría a nadie a este lugar

The room was very small, and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The walls were dirty, and the furniture was old and heavily worn out. There was also no kettle in the room. The check-in process was inconvenient, as you have to send a lot of personal information in advance just to receive the access code. The bathroom was extremely tiny — the distance between the sink and the toilet was only about 30 cm. To brush your teeth at the sink, you practically have to sit on the toilet in front of it.

The only positive aspect was the central location. Overall, I would recommend looking for another place to stay.
