Olea Blue

Cazare moderna, foarte curata, mobilier nou, vedere spre port, desi nu am intalnit gazda, aceasta s.a interesat permanent daca totul este in regula. Terasa de deasupra a meritat toti banii!! Recomandam cu drag!

Nimic de obiectat; am stat in aceasta locatie la inceput de octombrie, cand numarul turistilor este redus. Probabil in sezon este zgomot, insa se poate rezolva cu dopuri pt urechi.

We were in the first floor apartment with the row of floor to ceiling windows/doors. Property was spotlessly clean and immaculate. Location overlooking the harbour was excellent and the fabulous roof terrace with uninterrupted views was fantastic. No hesitation recommending it.

Due to the location we expected some noise but the cocktail bar beside us played music until 3am some nights… my wife used earplugs although I could sleep through it…!

Super sauber und funktional eingerichtet - sogar die Handtücher wurden getauscht. Die perfekte Lage direkt am alten Hafen mit einem tollen Ausblick besonders vom kleinen Balkon aus beim Frühstück. Die Dachterrasse bietet einen beeindruckenden Panoramablick. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage ist es natürlich etwas lauter, das haben wir aber nicht als störend empfunden. Dafür hat man den Vorteil alle notwendigen Verkehrsmittel von Flugzeug (2 km zum Flughafen) über Bus bis Taxiboot (vor dem Haus) fußläufig erreichen zu können.

We like everything about Olea. The apartment is located in the Old port, and the view is amazing, also the design of the apartment is very nice. The owner is very kind and attentive. Was a pleasure to stay at this apartment.

Ottimo apt in pieno centro Skiathos. Si trova sul porto e vicino alla fermata dell’autobus. Vista eccezionale. Super moderno, pulito e con tutte le attrezzature necessarie. Il letto è molto comodo. Siamo state davvero fortunate. Super consigliato.

Unica pecca sono i rumori provenienti dai locali sotto l’apt aperti fino a tardi. Non sono così fastidiosi. Per noi vale comunque la pena soggiornarci.

Csak szuperlatívuszokban tudok beszélni a szállásról: tökéletes helyen van, a régi kikötőben, mindenhez közel. Az apartman felszereltsége, bútorzata, a kényelem, az üdvözlő csomag, a napi takarítás, a panoráma, a tetőterasz, a szállásadó segítőkészsége mind elképesztő, imádtuk minden percét! Mi kimondottan élveztük azt a nyüzsgést, ami itt van. Aki nyugalomra vágyik, az inkább ne ezen a környéken keressen szállást, de aki szereti azt hogy buli van, a ház elől indulnak a hajók, sétálóutcák és bárok karnyújtásnyira, az ugyanúgy imádni fogja ezt az apartmant, mint mi. Hotel minőségű kényelemben és kiszolgálásban volt részünk!

Talán az, hogy a tetőteraszon mindig erős ételszag volt a környékbeli éttermek miatt, de ez az elhelyezkedésből adódott és millió dolog kárpótolta ezt az egy pici negatívumot.

Soggiorno perfetto grazie a questa meravigliosa struttura. Tantissimi pregi: • posizione perfetta per vivere il cuore del porto, con locali e servizi a portata di mano. • pulizia accurata di tutto l'appartamento che tra l'altro è nuovo, finemente arredato e molto ben tenuto. • estrema gentilezza e disponibilità di Dimitra e della persona che prepara l'appartamento (tra l'altro dopo soli due giorni di permanenza la signora è venuta a riordinare e cambiarci gli asciugamani!) • terrazza spettacolare con vista diretta sul mare • connessione internet perfetta

Da tenere presente la movida dei locali sotto l'appartamento: sono forniti anche tappi e mascherina per agevolare il sonno ma se una persona non sopporta la confusione questo appartamento non va bene. Noi lo abbiamo scelto proprio per la vita serale che offriva!!!!

Our stay in Olea Blue was lovely - the apartment is spacious, comfortable and stylish with all the mod-cons (including streaming services!). Our hosts spared no expense and the personal touches and thought put into the comfort of the guests is excellent (slippers, sleep masks and ear plugs provided just as one example). There is a wonderful terrace on the top of the building with a lovely view of Bourtzi island. The location is excellent, especially if you’re after a day trip on one of the many boats, and also if you’re island-hopping, the port where the ferry stops is very near. The apartment is in the centre of town, so you can hear music from the nearby bars up to a point (Skiathos is not an all-night party island so this does not last long) but this didn’t bother us - with the windows closed and the AC on and a very comfortable bed, we were lulled to sleep very easily. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend Olea Blue - thank you to our hosts! 🥰
