Olea Blue

L'endroit est exceptionnel avec une grande terrasse qui donne sur le vieux port, sur les îles, en surplomb des tavernes animées et des. ruelles de Skiathos. L'appartement est magnifique entièrement neuf et aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. Très bien équipé. On se sent chez soi. Un des plus beaux endroits dans lesquels nous avons logé avec mon épouse dans nos différents (nombreux) voyages. Ici nous sommes proches de tout, des plages, de la ville, des quais, du port. des ferries, du port des navettes et des petites croisières, du bus pour aller à l'aéroport, des promenades etc. La gentillesse et la réactivité des hôtes et une organisation impeccable. Attention, il y a 2 appartements sur 2 étages, ne pas se tromper, bien regarder l'étage qui vous est proposé. Nous n'étions là que pour une nuit hélas et nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester plus longtemps encore. Assurément, nous reviendrons ici !

Rien n'est venu entacher notre séjour, nous avons tout aimé. L'animation autour de l'appartement peut déplaire à quelques uns, les musiques sont parfois inutilement fortes et parfois tout simplement inutiles. (Bouchons d'oreilles fournis) Pour ceux qui souhaiteraient n'entendre que le clapotis des vagues et des bateaux sur les quais, le chant des oiseaux et le frémissement du vent, il suffit de se lever le matin et d'admirer les couleurs changeantes du lever du jour depuis la terrasse ou le balcon si vous êtes au 2ème étage.

We stayed five nights at Olea Blue with our two children, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the beautifully curated interior design to the thoughtful amenities — including a wellness inspired bathroom and home essentials you’d expect only in a luxury hotel, every detail was perfect. The property is in the heart of the old town, overlooking the port, so each morning began with spectacular views of the sea and departing boats. As one of the first guests to stay, we took a leap of faith booking without previous reviews, but the owners far exceeded our expectations. This lovely young couple personally welcomed us with a thoughtful pack with fresh fruit and refreshments for the kids, and a fine bottle of wine for us. They even arranged a rental car that was delivered right to the beach. Any request we made was met instantly, and always with genuine warmth and care. We give Olea Blue our highest recommendation. The only small suggestion would be to consider adding double glazing to the windows in future to minimise noise from nearby nightlife. That said, after a day in the sun, you’ll sleep soundly regardless — and staying here means you’re right in the epicentre of the island’s vibrant atmosphere.

It was EXACTLY like the pictures. We were amazed with how perfect this place was. Location was perfect, right on the main strip. It was clean, comfy and all round a beautiful place to stay. For a first time visitor of Skiathos - this didn’t disappoint. Will highly recommend.

The only thing we had was noise in the evening, but we expected it when booking on the Main Street. That being said - it didn’t keep us up at night. It was noisy, but didn’t impact our stay at all!

La ubicación es excelente, el departamento estaba perfectamente limpio, es muy cómodo y tiene una decoración muy linda. Dimitri estuvo siempre muy atenta a cada detalle y fue muy amable

Cómo está ubicado en el centro hay ruido por las noches, igualmente no fue una molestia para mi , me gustó todo

The location was convenient, and the property was very comfortable for me as a solo traveler, plus the kitchenette was perfectly equipped for breakfast and lunch. And, the shower was fantastic! Basically, I was very comfortable.

I couldn’t give it 10, because the property is not soundproof as stated. I was there Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday nights, and the music and bar noise from 10pm to 2:30am was extreme all weekend, and very difficult to sleep. Finally on Monday night, I slept well.
