AUSpectacular location, great views of lake and mountains; short walk down hill to the lake front. ( then back again) spacious apartment, full sun all afternoon . Got given a 2 bedroom apartment ( more like a studio plus second bedroom) even though we booked one bedroom. Plenty of parking . Heater, fans. Well equipped kitchen
Older style. Could do with a new bathroom. No laundry onsite, ( it’s opposite at Caltex) no air conditioning.

NZThe location was wonderful, with a gorgeous view of the lake and mountains. It was easy to walk to and from the accommodation to the town and there was plenty of parking at the units as well.
NZShort walking distance to town centre and lake. Beautiful vistas of the lake, Roy’s peak and mt Aspiring. Apartment was self contained so had everything we needed to cook meals.
Noise isolation is not the greatest from adjacent apartments, also from traffic and parties from town. Very hot apartment, heat insulation wasn’t the greatest. Building is a bit outdated.

The room was quite warm in the afternoon. We had a fan, which was great but would suggest air conditioning.
AULocation was convenient with an easy 5 min walk into town the view was phenomenal. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again.
Value for money ..no complaints.
