AUGreat location to base ourselves but being put on a room with stairs when we travelled with bikes was tricky. Got to enjoy the new years fireworks from the balcony. Could benefit from including a washing machine.

NZLocation, very handy to main area of Wanaka. Easy walk to the town centre.
Lack of privacy with walkway right by the unit. Security an issue, couldn't leave windows open at night with the bottom floor unit and others walking right by. Could do with a better exterior lock on the unit door also. Quite noisy during the day with windows open but you're not there during the day usually. The units are right by a busy roundabout.
NZHelpful staff on email. Great views. Fabulous location: easy walk to shops, good food, and the lake. Just time to dry off in the sun on the walk back up the hill from swimming in the Lake.
I'm spoiled with a tempur mattress at home and found my bed a bit hard on top - my blow up tramping mat on top of the mattress fixed the problem! Other member of the party found his bed just fine.

No advice provided on how to lock the door. Lovely apartment but minimalist provisions gave a very poor customer experience: inadequate toiletries only 2 pieces of cutlery and crockery which did not match in size, no provision of extra towels without requesting.them Paper signage indicating room numbers again looks cheap.
