The staff are friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean, the balcony had a washing machine and a small kitchen with door and windows that open. There's several lighting options for all needs. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Ideal for the airport and I think we will stay there in the future.

The room was smaller than expected. Pillows were a little bit too soft. A television in the room would have been nice. The shower wasn't very powerful. The very late aircraft arriving up till nearly 1am and 6 am helicopters leaving from the airport are annoying but this is not the hotels fault at all.

Amazing service , super clean room, Chinese hotel, they can speak Chinese, Thai, English not really, but my gf from Thailand, so it was not a problem. Recommend!
