ARK House

It was an inexpensive place to stay near the airport.

The hotel is in a hard to find location with nothing close by to walk to (we arrived after dark and did not leave to eat because the hotel seemed to be down a dark alley behind some buildings). There were no hallway lights on when we got off the elevator at our floor. Only after going downstairs a couple of times did the lights come on. The room was small and the bathroom was extremely small with fixtures that were not securely mounted to the walls.

The room was so comfortable and super clean! The rainfall shower was nice, and hot water was easy & fast. High-quality toiletries available for use. Large fridge (but ours wasn't on and we couldn't find the cord). Close to the airport. Didn't eat at the cafe, but it looked & smelled great!

The room was a bit small, and the balcony was a joke. (Too narrow for a chair, and the only functional door opened from behind the fridge out to a laundry machine, so we couldn't even go out on the balcony.) It's not in a very walkable area. (Since we were flying out the next day, we did not have a car/motorbike.) Also, there were unsupervised children in the pool that night - would have been awful if anything happened to them without their adults around.

Bed was comfortable.

Room was modern and clean. Comfy bed. Ladies on reception were nice.

DUREX on reception !! Ark House n Ark Hotel are the same place !! Poor location in a very poor area. Noisy. Dogs barking. Cleaners at 7.30am

Very friendly and helpful staff. Bed was fine and the room was pretty clean. There is a full-size fridge, so maybe better for a longer stay (though the room is pretty small)? Expected a little more for the price, but it was fine and very happy with proximity to Don Mueang Airport.

First room I was in had issues, including a door that didn't always want to open - not what you want in a room with no phone - and a shower drain that was plugged. They switched me out though, so happy with how it was handled despite inconvenience. Room is pretty small - the full size fridge is almost too big for the space tbh. The balcony view wasn't really anything you would want to look at.

Nice room - small, but comfortable bed and clean. The pool was okay, but quite small and inside, and was not fully cleaned. My stay was fine.

The only real downside for me was the location because I like walking. There are busy roads all around, so it was hard to get across the road to explore the local markets in the area. However, if you are happy to get tuktuk taxis from the hotel, this isn't a problem.

Clear, location to airport, price, parking. Helpful staff

Door lock problem, we got locked out of our first room, coded lock didn't work. Staff did get us another room after trying to get the lock to work.

Beautiful clean room and wonderful, friendly, helpful staff. Located close to eateries and airport.
