Es un piso agradable y la localización está bien, a un paso del metro.

La limpieza tiene que mejorar, no pudimos usar los edredones porque olían mal y tenían muchas manchas. Además no habían repuesto jabon de ducha, y solo dejaron 1 rollo de papel que ya estaba empezado.

La relación precio-calidad está muy bien. Ubicación: la zona es residencial y un poco oscura de noche pero tiene una estación de metro muy cerca del alojamiento y se llega en 10 minutos al centro de Porto. Instalaciones: es tal cual se muestra en las imágenes. Limpio y confortable, tiene calefacción y la cocina estaba bien equipada. Comunicación con el propietario: muy claro, me ha enviado las indicaciones dos días antes y pude ingresar fácilmente al departamento.

Las mantas se podrían reemplazar por unas nuevas y la jarra eléctrica no funcionaba.

Era cómodo y la ubicación muy buena

No había papel higiénico, ni siquiera un rollo, el vidrio de la ducha no llega a su fin y moja todo el baño y no hay fregona para secar, compramos un café y nos llevamos la sorpresa que la cafetera está incompleta le hace falta una pieza importante que es el filtro y no pudimos hacer café

La ubicación esta a escasos minutos en metro del centro y a una media hora andando. Para dos personas está perfecto.

El baño estaba un pelin menos limpio de lo que esperaba y es un poco frío ( solo hay aire acondicionado/bomba de calor). Una de las vitroceramicas no funcionaba bien
