Quiet neighborhood with metro stop steps from the door, at the corner of the street. The beds were comfortable. Kitchenette was functional although certain items were missing.

Post check-in owner became unresponsive to our messages asking for assistance and request for missing supplies. The apartment was dusty, musky, there was a foul odor coming from the shower drain that stank the apartment. We arrived to a broken bathroom handle, and a puddle of water in the bathroom, from a leaking sink valve. It seaped under bedroom floor boards too. The owner ignored our messages about it and my bf was left to find a temporary solution for the leak. Everything was unnecessarily complicated: The tv required a passcode to acess (which again my bf cracked), the welcome guide was old, outdated and not helpful, the shower was slow to drain, and made for those who are 5'6" and shorter (my 6'1" bf could not shower standing up because the ceilings are inclined). One of the windows doesn't lock which made us feel a bit insecure since there's a sign on the front door that says there have been car thefts in the area. There were also inconsistencies between the listing and what we received, no soap, no toaster, etc... The apartment has so much potential but it's clear there's an overall lack of warmth, care and basic customer service and maintenance.

There is no Wifi - despite it being advertised. We needed it for work, we couldn't load a single web page. The host did not offer any compensation (After no reply for 2 days) we had to book somewhere else. Do not stay here.
