"Pleasant"

The apartment is big and no noise

It was very cold in the apartment. I tried to contact the host but there was no reponse since we checked everything we can even turn on the AC in heat mode but it didnt work.

"Good flat and good experience"

Clean and it’s very easy too get an uber or a bolt (they are very cheap as well) and spaces are well organised. Staff is very nice and helpful.

The sink was clogged and the bathroom hasn’t got any windows, everything else is good. Keep in mind that it is not very central but as I said it’s very easy and cheap too get an uber or a bolt.

The location is perfect. Just 5 minutes walking distance from the metro station where you can ride on almost all the lines.

Cleanliness. The sink in the bathroom was clogged. The tiles in the bathroom were very slippery after having a shower.

"Comfortable and warm flat, but with a few negative details."

The flat was warm and big enough for three people. The beds were really comfortable, but the sofa not so much. The access to the flat was easy and felt like a secure place to stay. The kitchen was mostly well equipped and the wifi was good. The flat looked mostly clean.

There were a few things that were not working, such as the kettle and the bathroom light. I notified this to the owner, but just received a reply asking to send feedback on their website. The boiler for the shower had barely enough hot water for three quick showers (maybe 2-3 minutes per shower). The bathroom did not have a window that could be open so it was a bit humid. The kitchenware and dishes were not entirely clean, but were not dirty either.

"Pleasant stay in Porto"

3 km away from the city center, but close to the metro station, with 5 lines, so it's perfectly easy to get around. Getting into the apartment was easy, following the instructions of the host. Calm neighborhood.

The facilities aren't well maintained, not that bad but still not good.
