USQuiet setting, Close to downtown.
Back door emergency exit Door not secure or lockable. Had to keep closed with the clothes hangers and kitchen chair. Washer Leaking water and dryer vent broken. Area rug rolled up laying next to dryer. Sewer Smell one you open the door.

Steep stairs and tiny sink in bathroom. This is an older home that's been converted so understand the difficulty. Need a lamp in the living room and more electrical outlets. Will stay again as it met our needs nicely in spite of the negatives. Staff very helpful!
