USLocation was very convenient and the bed was comfortable.
The heat in the room was nearly nonexistent. The screen door did not fully shut creating a draft in the room through the crack in the door. Having only one small heater resulted in the suite being extremely cold, even with the heater on 86. My girlfriend and I ran our clothes through dryer just to keep warm. Minus the lack of heat, the door to the bathroom was not attached resulting in having to hear one another use the restroom (and not just pee) whenever using.

The facility was not in the best neighborhood. The first floor unit had two big dogs, the smoked, and the dogs barked. It was my understanding this was a smoke and pet free facility. It was very dangerous to get from the parking to the entrance do to all the snow and ice. There was not hot water in the kitchen sink, and I had to boil water to do dishes. There were no fork, so I bought some and left them for the next person. The bathroom was very small, I am a big man, and I could not turn around in the shower. The room smelled like smoke and pets, so I bought air freshener and fabric spray to help with the smell. Would not recommend this place, and will never consider this place again.
USUSUSThis place was super comfortable and in the art district of town. It's such a nice little place to stay. Also they private parking was a nice suprise. Would definitely recommend this place. Had the most comfortable bed I've ever stayed at in an air b&b.
