Lack of staff even didn't see receptionist during my stay as i visited several times reception after check in. The location was tricky, and the display board outside the building shows a different name. Received a message from the property that the checked out time is 11:00 AM, i replied that the check out time mentioned on booking.com is 12:00 PM. But they denied and asked to check out quickly before 11:00 AM.

The staff was very cooperative and warmly welcoming. It was a comfortable and relaxing stay. The room was neat and clean. Shoukat and Mukhtiar the staff were very helpful.

Great and Premium facilities. All basic requirements such as water, tea bags etc has to asked multiple time to receive. Staff response were not precise and not faster.
