When we arrived the reception staff said that the visa isn’t working and that we have to pay cash. They insisted that we go to the cash machine and withdraw money for payment. It was around 9pm. We were tired. We also insisted that we will only pay by card as agreed by booking.com. They weren’t happy. The next day they asked again. And again we said we will only pay by visa. On day 3 the owners 16 year old son was present and said he was tasked with getting payment from us and that the visa ‘ company’ is now working. The son insisted that we also pay the visa fees. We paid because we was fed up and disappointed at this point. On leaving they asked us to write a positive review. I declined but my son gave a positive review!

Very little utensils. Lots of pots and drinking glasses. I had to ask for plates and they found 3 from elsewhere we had to eat our main meals m glass dessert bowls. Be aware the kitchen looks amazing online, but it is actually super flimsy and is susceptible to accidental damage. The bedding is u comfortable and made out of polyester and also spotty. I had to put a towel down.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were on hand to help at any point. The apartment was spacious and clean. Really enjoyed the stay here and would definitely return here again sometime!

WiFi could be a little temperament at times.

Staff don’t really pay much attention or getting involved. They just let you get on with whatever you’re there to do, which which has it positive and negative
