"Comfortable house, good location but could have been improved by a few simple additions."

Location was good. Area was quiet.

Cleanliness only reasonable (e.g. cobwebs hanging from ceiling in bedroom, cooking hob not clean). No instructions available for TV, cooking hob, or washing machine. (e.g. TV very difficult to turn on and even though turned off using correct remote would turn itself on at unexpected times, including the middle of the night, washing machine used only cold water, cooking hob required a specific sequence to operate).
