Very good location, easy walk into town and lake front. Easy access and fully functioning kitchen. There was even a bottle of very good wine to enjoy.

It was very cold (January) and the house needs better insulation and heating in the restroom.

It was clean and comfy. Easy to find and close to many things!

Neat and clean! Comfy bed!

Neighbors aren’t the cleanest

Very central, lots of space and nice landlord

Location is close to downtown and to local state park. Convenient for exploring the city and the rest of Seneca Lake. Plenty of space for 2 people.

We could hear every step the upstairs neighbors took. They were up late and woke up early so it was very hard to sleep as their steps were loud and at all hours. The toilet in the bathroom was installed in a way that make it very hard to use - you are jammed between the wall and the sink vanity. We had such a hard time sitting comfortably to take care of business. The neighborhood also felt slightly unsafe. We had several encounters on the nearby streets with people that seemed unwell and policy were doing frequent patrols after dark.

The location was perfect! Not too busy and easy walking to the lakefront and downtown. The upstairs neighbors were a little loud but nothing terrible. The wine was a great touch too!

The toilet and bathroom sink are VERY close together. I’m on the taller side so it was a little tight.

A home away from home. Stayed here for a a week and loved it. The apartment is well equipped, perfectly located at walking distance from restaurants, coffee bar and the lake. And just a very cozy place to hang out.
