NIA Hotel

Definitely the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Vietnam — and honestly, one of the best we’ve ever stayed at anywhere. We don’t even know where to begin. The room was incredibly spacious, everything felt brand-new, and the cleanliness was on another level. Breakfast was fantastic: a huge variety of dishes, all fresh, delicious, and clearly prepared with care. But above everything else, the service was exceptional. It genuinely felt like a five-plus-star experience. The staff consistently went above and beyond for us — from the beautiful room decoration they prepared for our honeymoon, to packing food for our early-morning trip without us even asking, to the surprise snacks and treats they brought us while we were sitting in the lobby. Even the room cleaning was outstanding; for the first time on our trip, it felt like the room was truly cleaned, not just tidied up. A special thank-you to Wade at reception. He made sure we were comfortable the entire stay, and went above and beyond to help us arrange our transport from HCMC to Da Lat. You might hesitate because the hotel is a bit outside the center, but it’s really not an issue — it’s about a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute Grab ride, and Grab is extremely cheap. If you’re on the fence, just book this place. The experience is genuinely on a whole different level.

Four things really stood out: (1) Whoever cleans and organizes the rooms every day deserves recognition. The extra amount of work to organize every single detail of the hotel's cleanliness, but also the organization of our personal items like backpacks, cords, nightstand tops, etc. Truly the best I've ever seen, and I've traveled for a living. (10+) (2) The front desk staff are personable, attentive, and they anticipate every need. (10/10) (3) They did our laundry, and it was meticulously folded and done all in the same day. (10/10) (4) The apartment room is so nice I could live there.

The made-to-order items on the breakfast menu are average. There is no air conditioning - just fans and open windows. It works pretty well for Da Lat, but not as well as AC. The regular rooms appear smaller than the quoted square feet.

I want to say I love everything here. The design, environment, staff, breakfast, and vibes make me feel comfortable and relaxed. My family had a great time here for 2 nights. I will come back when I get to Da Lat.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially towards drivers. The breakfast selection wasn’t extensive, but the quality was excellent. As a newly built hotel, the design stood out—blending a touch of classic charm with modern style

The toilet felt quite small, especially since it was split into two separate rooms for the toilet and bathroom, which wasn’t very convenient for us. The bathroom itself was also quite cramped, with barely enough space to stand comfortably for a shower. It might be worth considering an extension or redesign to provide more room. When we first checked into our room, there was also a noticeable musty smell—similar to damp wood or clothes that hadn’t fully dried.

Very beautiful, the staff made us fill welcome and try the best to fulfilled all our wishes . Wade, was great! The service was spatular. Super recommend

Nothing , there is no air conditioning but the weather in the land is very cool so we didn’t notice the lack of air conditioning.
