NIA Hotel

I cannot reccomend NIA enough. The concierge staff were excellent and the value for money also. The gym is incredibly well resourced and more than this, I got helpful suggestions and laundry service. What impressed me the most though was the high level of care - particularly from Wade. I broke my collarbone and so was sent to hospital and unable to check out. Wade from NIA brought my gear from the hotel to the hospital, when he was told they couldn't hold it, he came back three hours later, not only with my stuff but with food from the hotel and breakfast they had saved for me. He translated information from the nurses and went well beyond the hotel duty of care. I will stay with NIA in a heartbeat when I return to DALAT.

Good vibe. Good set up overall. Friendly staff. They have a scale to help you weight your luggage, very useful.

The property was really well located in the city and was easy to find.

The location is great. There's also an convenience store in front of it. Very quiet due to its noise isolation and the location. Great amenities. The breakfast is also very good (especially the Bun Bo; they were comparable to the restaurant we ate in Hue).

It was fantastic!!! Really positively surprise of the quality/price. We were a 15 min walk away from Da Lat Market. Super central and lovely area. The hotel was very clean and beautiful. The rooms spacious and clean with so many amenities. Appreciated a lot the free coffee and tea in the lobby. The staff was also very nice and welcoming. I would recommend staying here with no doubt.
