Aucune insonorisation, les portes grincent et la chasse d'eau est cassée. Il y a un coq qui hurle toute la nuit et des chiens qui aboient sans cesse. De plus, il n'y a pas de pater aux douches

The house was nice in general and the room was fine. It has nice views and an outside area.

The walls seemed paper thin and we could hear every noise of the visitors in other rooms. Privacy is a big issue here. Some doors were only closing with huge noise, too. The bathroom upstairs had no plug for the provided hair dryer and a few nights there were ants all over the sink.

Overall, our 5-night stay had a few issues that I feel are worth highlighting for future guests. Towels & Bathroom Towels were in short supply throughout our stay. When we asked a member of the cleaning staff for fresh ones, we were unfortunately told no. There was also no hand towel provided in the bathroom at all. Internet The Wi-Fi was not working for the first two days of our stay, which was frustrating. Noise The bedroom doors appeared to have been fitted incorrectly and were extremely noisy. Every time someone opened a door — day or night — the whole flat seemed to vibrate. This repeatedly woke us up throughout the night, particularly when other guests used the shared bathrooms. Kitchen The kitchen itself was a good feature, but I'd recommend checking what equipment is available before buying food. We brought items to cook in the oven, only to find there were no oven trays or oven mitts provided. Heating & Comfort It happened to be rainy and cold during our visit. There were no extra blankets or heaters available, so if you feel the cold, be prepared to bring your own , though this may not be a typical issue depending on the season.

Big house, lots of space to enjoy your time and connect with others

For some reason googlw maps didnt recognise the address, but we found it eventually.

We only spent our first night here but the house is lovely and Carlos was in constant contact with us. The rooms are rudimentary(wardrobe, desk, bed) but clean. The common spaces were clean and well equipped and the outside barbecue area was lovely, facing the sea.

The doors and floors are made in such a way that it is noisy even if you want to be quiet. The price seemed a bit high for the basic conditions but this is the case all around Funchal unfortunately.

Probleme de chasse d eau qui ne fonctionnait pas normalement. Salle de bain bloquée une journée probleme de serrure. Pas d arrivée d eau une matinée

The room was clean and very comfortable. Able to check in without speaking to staff using a lock box, which was convenient. The room was quite most of the night. Parking on the street nearby.

It was a little out of town however, with a car, this was no issue. The parking out front would occasionally fill up, so I had to park further down the road. The bathroom could have been cleaner and additional towels would have been nice. The bed pillows could have been firmer.
