Many activities available for famlly, outdoor watersport actvity was really worth it.

Long que for check in, check in at 3 pm, room only available at 5 pm, then was told by receiptionist at the counter that can check out at 1 pm, however they charged me when i checked out at 12.30 pm.

it has private beach.

Late checking because the room wasn't ready. need to wait for more than 1 hour. Maybe it's due to the holiday. need to have faster check-in system and room needed to be ready.

There is fasilities for ATV is good our kids is enjoy.

1.We found a pizza box with leftover food inside the wardrobe in this hotel room....inform housekeping they come and clean. 2. The swimming pool is very deep (2 to 2.5 meters), which poses a serious danger to children. For the safety of all guests, the hotel must have a lifeguard on duty.
