Strategic location, conveniently surrounded by a wide range of shops and amenities, while also offering easy access to the highway. The breakfast provided was excellent, featuring a delicious and satisfying selection of food. The beach was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, while the swimming pool was remarkably spacious, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience for guests.

1. The check-in process was extremely slow and inefficient. I had to wait in line for 1 hour and 10 minutes just to receive my room key. Initially, I tried to be understanding, assuming there might have been a staff shortage or some unforeseen operational issue. However, the same situation persisted over the following two days, indicating a recurring problem rather than an isolated incident. This is an area that requires immediate attention and improvement. 2. The kids’ room had a strong musty odor and appeared poorly maintained. It was evident that the facility had not been cleaned or serviced regularly. Given that this is a space intended for children, a higher standard of cleanliness and upkeep should be expected. There is definitely significant room for improvement in this aspect.

Hotel semua best , cuma bilik, lantai die tak selesa, bile Sejuk, lantai licin dan berair.. rasenye dah boleh renovate lantai bilik hotel ni.. yang saya rase bilik hotel pun Agak dah lama kan… harap pihak hotel boleh fikirkan
