Dundee Beach Villa with Free Parking

Ruime bedden en slaapkamers. Buitenstuk met plooizetels was aangenaam. Grote keuken. Voldoende communicatie en leuke attenties van het agentschap. Sommige stukken waren heel mooi gerenoveerd, andere delen bleven oubollig (ook de krakende vloeren).

Te groot televisiescherm. Toilet en bad in zelfde kamer is soms ongemakkelijk. Ook de hygiëne was niet altijd volledig tiptop (schimmel aan de randen van het bad, haren in bed, vegen van het kuisen op de kasten, schimmel onderaan in de vuilbak). Storten van een waarborg vond ik ook een vreemd gegeven (was niet bij de andere huisjes)

A beautiful modern place in a good location. Short walk to a nice pub for dinner. Very quiet and felt homely. Loved staying here!

It is spotlessly clean Had everything we needed

Great location in a quiet close, we had 3 cars & no issues with parking. The house was clean & modern. All modern gadgets & chargers for phones.

The only fault I could find is there was no hairdryer.

Everything was excellent. Very clean, obviously professionally cleaned, which makes the biggest difference when you walk in, so thanks for that. Spacious 2-storey house, amazing big very comfortable bed (s), we only used one. Modern bathroom, kitchen and lounge/dining room. Thanks also for leaving us dishwasher and washing machine tablets, plenty of coffee and also a pack of shortbreads. Also appreciated the parking on site. Thoroughly recommend and we would stay again.

The place was clean and tidy and welcoming. The place is sufficiently well equipped for a comfortable stay, including sufficient and convenient space for parking. Staff: Olivia was very responsive and proactively helped to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

Not too much a bother but addressing some of the following could make the place even better and more convenient for future guests: 1. Ensuring all doors (especially for the bathroom) work well. 2. Non-stick utensils with scratches on them are a health hazard. While I understand they are hard to prevent scratches especially when renting out the place, it would be nice to keep some steel utensils so that the kitchen can me more usable for guests who prefer to avoid the scratches non-sticks. The staff already welcomed these suggestions when I reported and said they would definitely consider addressing them. Thank you!

Just got back from a 3-night stay at this stunning family home, and honestly… what a find. From the moment we walked in, the warmth of the place hit us — not just the cosy vibes, but the care and attention that had clearly gone into every detail. A welcome pack waiting for us, smooth check-in, smooth check-out — zero stress, just ease. Olivia was always on hand and quick to reply/ assist. The place was spotless, beautifully kept, and packed with little touches and smart gadgets that kept everyone happy — kids and adults alike. It’s the kind of place where you instantly settle in and forget you’re not in your own home. Customer service? Spot on. Everything just worked. You can tell this isn’t just a rental — it’s a place with heart. Would I recommend it? 100%. Will we be back? Absolutely. Big thanks to the host — you’ve created something really special here.
