Dundee Beach Villa with Free Parking

The property is amazing it has everything you need absolutely amazing I would definitely recommend this place to anyone the hosts have obviously thought this through you literally just need your clothes.the night lights in hallway upstairs and down stairs is a good idea to the point we have ordered the very same ones for our upstairs and downstairs hallways.definitely no negative vibes from this place all good good good

The property was bright, spacious and the owners could not have been more helpful. They even installed extra amenities during our stay such as projectors and smart speakers! Any issues we had were quickly resolved and nothing was too much trouble. Recommended.

The only good thing about the property was the staff running it, apart from that it was a let down, very uncomfortable

Everything, it was dirty the sofas to small and hard and uncomfortable, tv in the living room was hanging off the wall, at the top of the stairs the carpet was hanging out, which is very dangerous and could cause a bad fall, dirty things put back in the oven, no hoover or broom to clean up after your self, no cleaning products at all, the double beds was 2 singles pushed together, one was higher then the other, different headboards, duvet to small for the beds, no sofa bed bedding left out, had to ask, many problems there.

Timers on heating and hot water doesn’t work effectively(most of the times you will have cold radiators and no hot water) Bathroom doesn’t have lock operational Complex controls bathroom towel rail wasn’t working due to internal switch keeps turning off due to setting Main door got a clear glass - privacy issue Ring camera on the door is privacy issue Beware of tenancy agreement they will ask you to sign. Kitchen Cutlery not sufficient enough for big family if you are intended to self catering Host is not helpful at all.

Firstly the location is perfect, 5 minutes to Dundee city centre, 5 minutes to the motorway, 2 minutes from local shops, local football stadium within walking distance, did it twice, all in all would book again .

I loved the location and everything in the house. I would definitely go back, and we intend to very soon. Beds were amazing, shower amazing. To be honest it's such a beautiful, warm and inviting home. Thank you so much 😀

I felt exposed with glass panel front and back doors as it had no coverage. I'm scared of my own shadow 🙂 The sofas not very comfortable to enjoy watching the massive TV.

House was lovely, clean & welcoming, beds were comfy

Nothing to dislike

I must say this was an absolutely brilliant experience. Not just accommodation was comfortable, clean and we felt like at home. Also communication and all instructions from the host were brilliant and easy to follow. Location is in quiet area only 10 minutes from Dundee city centre. Groceries shops are very close only a few minutes walk/drive. Bonus was a lot of games and activities for kids so parents can have some rest after long day 😁 The host went above and beyond, and will definitely be coming back next time we're in Dundee.
