Alpine Villas Greens Staycation at Crosswinds Tagaytay

The location. The room, especially the bed.

Initially, the bad smell in the bathroom. But after reporting it, it was taken cared of. The parking area is limited, and was on a first- come, first-served basis. So basically, good luck - if the villa is fully booked.

Affordable price and location with amenities including restaurant just outside the villas. Nice staycation place.

Check in 1h later, assigned the wrong and cheaper room, after complaining they changed the second and third night. Parking wasn't available like described. The amazing view from the terrace was on a messy working area.

Room interior was ok.

Cleanliness is 7/10. Some trash could be seen from the balcony. Comfort room and floors were not thoroughly cleaned. Pool is cleaned every Tuesday, we didnt know this when we booked so we werent able to swim.
