Alpine Villas Greens Staycation at Crosswinds Tagaytay

These rooms are perfect for small families and the location was very peaceful. It was quiet and it seems as if it's closer to nature and away from the noise of the central town in Tagaytay. The villas were comfortable and we had an amazing overnight stay.

The interior structure of their bathroom was poor. The drainage system should be checked as the water in the shower keeps getting trapped and you need to plunge it to help the water drain. The flooring should've been elevated for at least a few inches to avoid the water from the shower being trapped in the whole bathroom.

The property was clean

Our Check in incurred a little bit of a delay as the guards were looking for a form. They said that we shouldve have received a viber for it. It was fixed when the guard reached out to the property manager right away when i told him i dont have it but i do have the booking confirmed

The staff are very accommodating. Clean and safe. We had a good stay away from our busy work. Internet could be improved. We could have stayed longer if the internet and mobile signal was great. Overall still a good experience for us. We'll come back for sure!

Disappointing Stay I was very disappointed with my stay. The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, making it uncomfortable, especially at night. On top of that, the amenities were far below expectations either poorly maintained or lacking altogether. I expected much better for the price I paid. Not recommended unless improvements are made.

There is no enough towel for the visitors

The location is great.

Very bad experience - no parking space near the place, takes a very long time to check in, and rooms were not ready upon arrival.

Not mucha toilet a but old

I can't sleep properly something wrong in the room.
